T-Systems Iberia is seeking a Software Engineer specialized in Generative AI and agent-based architectures to develop backend components for AI and agent-based solutions in a production-ready platform.

You will implement agentic flows, orchestration, tool calling, and context management, and contribute to document processing and RAG pipelines within a governed environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Approximately 3 years in AI/data-driven projects.
• Experience with Generative AI and semantic data processing (RAG).
• Direct experience with LLMs and semantic databases.
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks (Langraph, CrewAI, LangChain, n8n).
• Familiarity with DevOps, LLMops and MLOps.
