Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to the dealer network to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Monitor and manage follow-ups on service campaigns and specific actions.
• Translate and distribute technical documentation to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in training sessions in Spain and Austria to maintain and enhance technical expertise.
• Deliver hands-on technical training covering repair and commissioning of equipment to dealer personnel as needed.

Qualifications

• A degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years’ experience in after-sales service or maintenance of heavy machinery.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanics, hydraulics, and electronic systems, including troubleshooting with diagnostic tools.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, managing complex situations under pressure while ensuring quality standards both remotely and on-site.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset and focus on achieving shared goals.
• Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (C1 level) both spoken and written.
