Amcor is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Director to lead the AFEMEA region's strategy and transformation portfolio. You will partner with BU leaders to identify growth opportunities, shape the long-term roadmap, and ensure disciplined execution across a diverse set of markets and businesses.

You will build best practices for strategy development, governance, and PMO excellence, while aligning initiatives with corporate priorities.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation or corporate development.
• Strong background in strategy consulting and leadership of complex programmes.
• Fluency in English; multi-country manufacturing or FMCG experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of the AFEMEA strategy and transformation agenda.
• Oversee the strategic planning process, roadmap, and governance across BUs and Functions.
• Drive Mergers & Acquisitions evaluation and value creation where applicable.
