Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in a supervisory role (Shift Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Team Leader) in an industrial/manufacturing/assembly setting.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ people.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, Lean manufacturing, and 5S methodologies.
• Experience handling shift administration, production records, incidents, KPIs, and performance reporting.
• Ability to maintain discipline, organization, and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.
• Intermediate English skills and willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operational team of 25 to 30 FTEs to hit daily production, quality, and safety targets.
• Report to the Production Manager and communicate line status, shift performance, and needs.
• Implement and maintain operational discipline and methodologies (5S, visual management, continuous flow, standardization).
• Identify and remove obstacles in production flow; coordinate with Maintenance, Logistics, and Quality teams.
• Supervise shift administration: records, attendance, incidents, consumption data, downtime, ensuring traceability and accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs: incidents, non-quality events, performance, and plan achievement; propose corrective actions.
• Train and develop team members, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
