Airbus Defence and Space in Spain is seeking a Methods & Tools Software Developer to join the Data Processing and Analysis Development group within the Ground Station Team. You will develop, optimize, and maintain a software ecosystem for analysis of Rig/Bench/Ground/Flight test data and act as a liaison between the Analysis Community in Spain and Ground Station.

You will contribute to the migration and integration of current tools for a new Time Series Analysis Tool Platform for Military, while

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering with focus on scientific computing.
• Strong MATLAB expertise for scientific applications and extensive Python data analysis experience.
• Experience with NumPy, Pandas, SciPy and visualization in Matplotlib/Jupyter environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Git is mandatory; Jenkins and Nexus desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile practices using Jira and Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, optimize, and maintain software tools used by Test Centre Analysis Teams.
• Bridge the Spanish Analysis Community with Ground Station tools and infrastructure.
• Translate mathematical models into robust software solutions for diverse programs.
• Define future analysis tool stack and migrate current tools to a new platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Avionics, Mission, and Performance groups.
