ISATI GLOBAL SOLUTIONS seeks Aeronautical Stress Engineers for projects in Belgium or France. You will perform structural analyses of aircraft components, conduct sizing calculations, and validate results to meet aerospace standards.

Collaboration with design, manufacturing, and testing teams is essential. The role requires 3–5 years in aerospace structural analysis, proficiency with FEM tools, and skills in stress reporting and documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, or Mechanical disciplines.
• Spanish and English language proficiency (minimum B2).
• French language is valued.
• 3–5 years of experience in aerospace structural analysis.
• Experience performing stress calculations for metallic and/or composite aircraft structures.
• Familiarity with FEM tools and aerospace methodologies (Hyperworks, Nastran, HyperMesh, Patran, ISAMI).
• Experience preparing stress reports and technical documentation.
• Exposure to certification-driven environments.
• Experience programming with Excel, Python.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for professionals to work as Aeronautical Stress Engineers for our projects located in Belgium or France.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis of aircraft components and assemblies (metallic and composite).
• Conduct sizing calculations, strength assessments, and validation activities in compliance with aerospace standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, stress reports, and analysis justifications.
• Support design teams by providing analytical feedback to ensure structural integrity and feasibility.
• Participate in technical reviews and contribute to resolution of structural non-conformities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including design, manufacturing, and testing.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Aeronautical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Spanish and English (minimum B2 or equivalent).
• French is valued.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aerospace structural analysis.
• Experience performing stress calculations for metallic and/or composite aircraft structures.
• Familiarity with FEM tools and aerospace analytical methodologies: Hyperworks, Nastran, HyperMesh, Patran, ISAMI
• Experience preparing stress reports and technical documentation.
• Exposure to certification-driven environments is valued.
• Experience programming with EXCEL, Python is valued.
• Willingness to live in Belgium or France
