Job summary

Pilot Assessments is seeking an experienced Thrush S2R‑T660 pilot to support aerial firefighting missions in Spain. You will execute low‑level sorties, coordinating with fire command and ground crews while maintaining high safety standards.

The role requires licensure (EASA CPL(A) or ATPL(A)), 700+ PIC hours and 1000+ total hours, plus English ICAO Level 4 or higher. Tailwheel and turboprop experience are a plus. This is a hands‑on, professional position within a safety‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Licence: EASA CPL(A) or ATPL(A) required.
• Experience: 700+ hours PIC and 1000+ total flight hours; exceptions possible for total hours.
• Language: English ICAO Level 4 or higher.
• Preferred: Tailwheel, turboprop ops, or fire coordination background.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Thrush S2R-T660 on aerial firefighting missions.
• Coordinate with fire command, air attack, and ground crews.
• Complete pre-flight, post-flight, and turnaround checks for readiness and safety.
• Apply precise low-level flying techniques in demanding environments.
• Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements at all times.
