Job summary

TitanOS in Barcelona is seeking an Advertising & Data PMO to drive planning, coordination and execution of Data & Advertising initiatives across the organization. You will bridge CEO-level strategy with data and ad-tech teams, ensuring clear objectives, ownership, and timely delivery.

The role demands strong analytical thinking and outstanding project management, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and track KPIs, OKRs, and progress through governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Data, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, PMO, project management, data/analytics operations, or strategic operations.
• Experience managing data, advertising, technology, or digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience working directly with senior leadership and executive teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize Data & Advertising strategic initiatives with executive leadership.
• Translate priorities into clear project plans with owners, timelines and KPIs.
• Coordinate and monitor execution of Data, Advertising, BI, and related technology projects.
• Define KPIs and dashboards; prepare executive-level reports for the CEO and leadership.
