Darwin Recruitment is seeking an Adobe Workfront Implementation Consultant for a remote, freelance role. You will join a small delivery team to configure and integrate the Adobe suite for end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning through performance tracking.

Phase 1 focuses on Workfront configuration; later work covers AEM assets, Firefly custom models, Creative Cloud provisioning, Frame.io flows, and testing. Fluent English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Formación

• 2-3+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront implementation: configuring request forms and briefs, workflows, approvals and proofing, reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with AEM (ideally AEM Assets), including taxonomy, metadata and governance setup.
• Exposure to Adobe Firefly (including custom models), Creative Cloud and Frame.io, and integrating them with Workfront and AEM.
• Marketing operations background, with multi-market asset management and campaign ownership.
• Strong preference for native Adobe integrations and out-of-the-box features over custom builds.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT and project delivery.
• Proactive and communicative, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage

Responsabilidades

• Configure and implement Adobe Workfront: briefs, workflows, approvals and proofing, reporting and dashboards.
• Setup AEM assets taxonomy, metadata and governance.
• Integrate Firefly, Creative Cloud and Frame.io with Workfront and AEM.
• Support testing, UAT and project delivery.
• Collaborate with a small delivery team and stakehold ers to ensure smooth handoffs.

Job title – Adobe Workfront Implementation Consultant

Client Location – Remote

Remote work offering – 100%

Client Industry – Digital Consultancy / Marketing Technology

Contract Length – 5 months (21 weeks, extension possible), 20 hours per week

Contract type – Freelance / Contractor

Join a small delivery team (Project Manager and Workfront Expert) implementing and integrating the Adobe suite to run end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning and briefing through asset management, review and approval, and performance tracking. Phase 1 centres on Adobe Workfront configuration: briefs, workflow orchestration, approvals, tracking and dashboards. Later work covers AEM asset setup (taxonomy, metadata, governance), Firefly custom model enablement, Creative Cloud provisioning, Frame.io review flows, and connecting these tools into one integrated workflow, plus testing and UAT. The approach favours native integrations and out-of-the-box functionality.
