ARAG España in Madrid is seeking a highly organized, French-speaking recruiter to join our Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, invite them to market research studies, and manage panel participation with proactive follow-ups.

The role requires French native fluency, good English, and excellent communication skills, along with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Experience in multinational environments is a plus.

• Ensure expected participation rates across assigned doctors using multiple channels and arguments.
