This role emphasizes solving complex technical challenges and the autonomy of remote work, with opportunities for training and certifications. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience in system administration, preferably in distributed and remote environments.
• Deep knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Experience in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) and cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to resolve complex problems and manage critical incidents.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Server+, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA) are a great advantage.
