Responsibilities

• Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de comercio electrónico para impulsar tráfico y ventas.
• Gestionar operaciones diarias de la tienda online: listados, contenido e inventario.
• Supervisar el equipo de atención al cliente en todos los canales digitales.
• Analizar métricas de rendimiento y comportamiento del cliente para optimizar.
• Planificar campañas de marketing digital (SEO, SEM, redes sociales, email).
• Colaborar con diseño y desarrollo para mejorar la experiencia del usuario.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to attract and retain customers.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance user experience and website functionality.
• Manage the online sales budget and forecast future sales performance.
• Ensure brand consistency and maintain high standards of visual merchandising online.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in driving online sales and improving customer satisfaction metrics.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
