As a Senior Accountant, you won’t just execute accounting tasks—you will actively shape how EBRO’s financial processes evolve as we scale.

You will work hand in hand with our CFO, Finance team and cross-functional departments, becoming a key figure in ensuring solid, transparent and efficient financial operations across the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily accounting operations with autonomy and accuracy.
• Drive monthly, quarterly and annual closings, ensuring timely and precise reporting.
• Partner closely with auditors (internal & external) during the audit cycle.
• Monitor, validate and post supplier invoices, ensuring proper cost allocation.
• Ensure full compliance with Spanish GAAP, IFRS and tax / regulatory obligations.
• Reconcile and follow up on intercompany balances within the Group.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and efficiency.
• Support the Finance team in building modern, scalable reporting tools.

What you bring

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, ideally in a multinational, automotive, retail or distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations and audit processes.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
• Great organisational skills, ability to prioritise and ownership mentality.
• High professional ethics, integrity and attention to detail.
• High level of English (written & spoken).
• A proactive, hands‑on mindset and eagerness to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
