The candidate should hold a degree in Business Administration or related field, with advanced Excel and SAP Business One experience, and strong English and communication skills.

Institut of Bioengineering of Catalunya (IBEC) requires the incorporation of anAccounting Officer to provide support to the Finance Unit

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Its functions and responsibilities will consist of:

• Register of incoming invoices
• Process and record financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
• Support in the justification of projects
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance

Requirements for candidates:

• University degree in Business Administration, or advanced vocational training in Administration and Finance
• Microsoft Excel Advanced Level
• Experience in SAP Business One
• High level of English
• Competence and skills: Communication, planning, organization, teamwork, analytical capacity, pro activity, flexibility and adaptation to changes

Additional experience that will be also valuable:

• Previous experience in one or more of the following:
• Audit Firm
• Public Entity

The Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia, IBEC is an interdisciplinary research center focused on Bioengineering and Nanomedicine based in Barcelona.
