Concentrix in Barcelona (On-site) is seeking an English-speaking Account Manager to support clients and drive solutions for brands in a global technology and services environment.

You will handle field tickets, triage questions on status and billing, and coordinate with Google FTEs and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. This is a full-time role with training and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in account management or customer support is preferred.
• Bilingual in English is required.

• Full-time 39h/week temporary contract: Rotative shifts between Monday - Sunday, 09:00 - 20:00
