Job Description

As the face of Hotelbeds to our suppliers, you will develop strong relationships within a defined geographic area.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the contracting process with clients in B2B and B2C environments, focusing on signing competitive rates for Hotelbeds.
  • Negotiate contract renewal conditions including rate, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing contributions, overrides, and cancellation policies.
  • Monitor hotel performance closely with the Yield Manager to ensure competitiveness and availability.
  • Act as the primary contact for accommodation supplier vendors, maintaining excellent relationships.
  • Support the resolution of major supplier or client complaints, negotiating suitable solutions.
  • Ensure suppliers understand Hotelbeds' value proposition and marketing tools to optimize income.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED required. An associate’s degree or 2-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination, is preferred.

Language Skills
  • Fluent English (desirable) and regional language skills.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence.
  • Effective presentation skills in small group settings.
