Job summary

Jungle, a multidisciplinary consultancy in Barcelona, is seeking an Account Executive Jr with 1–2 years of experience leading accounts at advertising agencies. You will help coordinate timelines, liaise with internal teams, and ensure briefs and deliverables meet brand standards.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, flexible hours, and an international environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/PR/Marketing is required, along with strong organization and proactive problem-solving

We are looking for an Account Executive Jr with at least 1 or 2 years of experience leading accounts at advertising agencies. You will join Jungle, a consultancy that transforms businesses through an integrated model connecting design, communication, and technology to create differentiation and measurable business impact for our clients. We support companies from brand building and cultural activation to digital experience, web development, and e-commerce, eliminating fragmentation between creative agencies, consultancies, and technology providers.

• Coordinate and follow up on project timelines, ensuring that deliverables meet the established deadlines.
• Provide ongoing support for daily client requests, acting as an agile liaison with internal teams.
• Support the receipt of briefs, prepare operational summaries, and structure the work calendar.
• Clearly pass information to the design, copy, and production departments to move deliverables forward.
• Thoroughly verify that each piece meets the brief requirements and brand image before sending it.
• Manage purchase orders, organize project folders, and support the preparation of results reports.

Требования:

• At least 1 or 2 years of previous experience (or substantial internships) in account departments or project management at an advertising agency.
• Degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Communication, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize simultaneous tasks without losing rigor or control of the data.
• Ability to express yourself clearly and assertively, and to treat both clients and creative professionals well.
• Proactivity in resolving daily unforeseen issues with flexibility and a solution-oriented attitude.
• Ongoing curiosity about the cultural and digital environment and the brands setting the pace.

Условия:

• Our facilities are new and located on Carrer d'Àlaba, surrounded by restaurants, a gym, shops, and green spaces.
• Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; shorter working hours every Friday of the year and shorter working hours in summer.
• We also offer flexible hours and a hybrid work arrangement.
