SAMY is seeking an Account Director to be the key client contact and strategic account leader. You will oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, aligning strategy, creative execution, and financial performance, while leading multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires managing campaigns on time and within budgets, identifying growth opportunities, delivering measurable impact, and ensuring operational excellence across activations.

Formación

• 8+ years in similar agency roles.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex campaigns.
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Deep expertise in digital strategy, content creation, and social marketing.
• Financial and analytical skills, including budgeting and P&L.
• Excellent communication, client management, and leadership.
• Strategic, adaptable problem-solver.

• Build and maintain strategic client relationships and understand client needs and goals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive delivery across strategy, data, creative, social, PR & influencers, and media.
• Lead planning and execution of campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and propose innovative, value-driven solutions.
• Ensure activations reach the right audiences at the right time and context.
• Prepare performance reports and deliver actionable insights for improvements.

Role Mission

As Account Director, you are the key client contact and strategic account leader. You will oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, aligning strategy, creative execution, and financial performance. The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring projects achieve measurable impact and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic client relationships, gaining a clear understanding of their needs and business goals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (strategy, data intelligence, creative, social media, PR & influencers, media) to ensure cohesive and high-quality delivery.
• Lead the planning and execution of campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and standards of excellence are consistently met.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities within accounts and recommend innovative, value-driven solutions.
• Ensure that all activations and campaigns effectively reach the right audiences, at the right time and in the right context.
• Prepare performance reports and conduct results analysis, delivering actionable insights to drive continuous improvements.

Skills & Experience

• Over 8 years in similar roles in agency environments.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex campaigns for major brands.
• Negotiation & commercial acumen
• Deep expertise in digital strategy, content creation, and social marketing.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including budgeting and P&L management.
• Excellent communication, client management, and leadership.
• Strategic, adaptable problem-solver.

Fluent English and Spanish required; other languages a plus.
