SAMY is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to independently manage end-to-end influencer campaigns for key accounts. You will collaborate with micro and macro influencers and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive results-driven campaigns.

With 4+ years in influencer marketing, you will negotiate, strategize, and optimize campaigns across beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.

• Extensive experience in influencer marketing or content partnerships, ideally in an agency.
• Proven track record of campaign execution and influencer negotiation.
• Strong passion for social media culture, beauty, and lifestyle trends.
• Solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead influencer scouting and negotiation processes aligned to client objectives.
• Manage influencer relations from briefings to deliverable reviews and timelines.
• Create and present campaign strategies and performance recaps to clients.

Role Mission

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will independently manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across key accounts. You will work with both micro and macro influencers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure results-driven, trend-setting campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead influencer scouting and negotiation processes tailored to client objectives.
• Manage influencer relations, from briefings to deliverable reviews and timelines.
• Create and present detailed campaign strategies and performance recaps to clients.
• Track and report on campaign KPIs, working closely with data teams to optimize outcomes.
• Stay on top of industry shifts, creator trends, and platform updates, especially within beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
• Work alongside creative and strategy teams to align influencer content with brand messaging.
• Support junior team members and contribute to their training and development.

Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience (+/- 4 years) in influencer marketing or content partnerships, ideally in an agency.
• Proven track record of campaign execution and influencer negotiation.
• Passionate about social media culture, beauty, and lifestyle trends.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Fluent in English.
