What you will do:

The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Accommodation Operations Specialist in the Accommodation Team you will be in charge of:

1. Communication by phone and email with suppliers and distributors to be their problem solver;
2. Provide a two side service answering any request in a timely and efficient manner;
3. Deliver internal support to other areas in the inventory team;
4. Resolve following established policies and procedures, and applying out-of-the-box thinking when anything established is not enough;
5. Provide accurate feedback in order to help generate insight on his team to improve operational efficiency;
6. Contribute building operational documentation;
7. Proactively take action on prevention tasks to contribute to enhancing the customer experience.

What you need to succeed:

1. Tourism studies or previous experience in the industry;
2. Experience in front office or customer service positions;
3. Advanced level of English and in any other European language (e.g., French or German);
4. Availability to work on Late shift: From 12.00PM until 9.00PM including weekends and Bank holidays (extra pay & rotation);
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills;
6. Client focused and empathetic;
7. Ability to adapt fast to continuous changes;
8. Organized- will handle a large volume of data and many different software;
9. Computer savvy: comfortable with Google tools (Gdocs, Gcalendar, Gsites) and CRM;
10. Self motivation and teamwork are expected.
