Job summary

Kids&Us in Segovia is seeking an Academic Coordinator to guide teachers, monitor student progress, and coordinate school events. The role starts on October 1st and is a fixed-term / permanent position, part-time at 25 hours per week. A Certificate of Sexual Offences with no prior record is mandatory.

Proficiency in English (C2) and strong organizational skills are essential. Teaching experience is a plus, and the school offers ongoing training and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Full Proficiency in English (C2).
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
