Airbus in Sevilla is looking for a Pilot Instructor to design and deliver training for pilots operating Airbus products including the A400M. The role involves providing flight instruction both in training environments and operational settings.

We seek candidates with valid ATPL (A) licenses and significant experience in multi-pilot transport aircraft. Knowledge of English and Spanish at negotiation levels is essential. This is a permanent position in the training support and services family.

Formación

• Pilot with 2000 flight hours in multi-pilot/multi-engine transport aircraft.
• Pilot with 1500 flight hours in tactical air transport.
• Valid ATPL (A) license required; experience on Airbus FBW family is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver training for Airbus products in a safe and effective manner.
• Provide flight instruction in both training centre and operational environments.
• Develop and conduct training courses for A400M customer pilots.

Conocimientos

Experience in multi-pilot/multi-engine transport aircraft

Experience in tactical air transport

ATPL (A) valid license

Experience as an instructor

SFI (A) authorization

English: negotiation level

Spanish: negotiation level

MS Office Suite

Knowledge of French or German

Task & Accountabilities

• Design, develop and deliver the best training to operate Airbus products and portfolio (transport, combat, unmanned, satellites) in a safe, efficient and effective way.
• Provide flight instruction in a training centre environment and/or a real operational environment.
• Train with special equipment in a training centre or real operational environment.
• Develop and conduct training courses (both logistical and tactical) for A400M customer pilots.
• Deliver theoretical content in a classroom environment and practical sessions using A400M flight simulators.
• Work in shifts according to simulator schedules; no real aircraft flight required.

Required Skills

• Pilot with experience in multi‑pilot/multi‑engine transport aircraft (2 000 FH).
• Pilot with experience in tactical air transport (1 500 FH).
• ATPL (A) valid licence; experience on Airbus FBW family considered a plus.
• Experience as instructor covering development and delivery activities considered a plus.
• SFI (A) authorisation.
• Experience in training systems development considered a plus.
• Experience in A400M considered a plus.
• OACI English level 4 in force.
• Experience managing teams considered a plus.
• MS Office Suite at user level.
• French or German considered a plus.
• English: negotiation level.
• Spanish: negotiation level.
