Airbus Operations SL in Illescas (Toledo) seeks a Quality Conformance Manager to guard product integrity and manufacturing excellence within the A350 team, leading quality initiatives on the shop floor and in digitalization projects.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, 1–3 years in manufacturing, advanced English, and hands-on leadership with PFMEA, MSA, and Control Plans. A proactive, cross-functional leader is essential.

Formación

Engineering degree in Aeronautical, Industrial, or Mechanical fields.
1–3 years of proven experience in a high-demand manufacturing environment.
Advanced English language skills and proactive, hands-on leadership.

Responsabilidades

Resolve urgent quality incidents on the production line and lead cross-functional teams in PPS for complex issues.
Act as the primary Quality focal point for the customer and address quality complaints.
Define product quality requirements for inspection dossiers and manage the Quality Authorizations framework.
Enforce quality standards and oversee Quality Escapes, Audits, MNCs, and Concessions.
Lead innovation and digitalization projects to streamline quality processes and provide compliance guidance.
Embed within the CDT to align quality milestones with production goals and coach Aviation Safety.
