ISG International Service Group in Gijón, Asturias, seeks an Inventory & Warehouse Control Specialist to ensure traceability, accuracy, and availability of stock across 3PLs and supplier warehouses.

You'll manage consumables and production materials, maintain asset visibility (molds, fixtures, tooling), and reconcile stock while supporting planning and KPI-driven improvements. English proficiency required for coordination with international partners.

Formación

• Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations required.
• Experience with 3PL providers and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in English.

About the Company

An innovative international technology company is looking for an Inventory & Warehouse Control Specialist to strengthen its Supply Chain team.

About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring the traceability, accuracy, and availability of inventory across multiple third-party logistics providers and supplier warehouses. You'll manage technical consumables and operational assets while working closely with Procurement, Operations, and Warehouse teams to support business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory traceability across 3PLs and supplier warehouses.
• Control technical consumables including prepregs, honeycomb, Kapton, adhesives, VDA, and other production materials.
• Maintain visibility of company assets such as molds, fixtures, and tooling.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Support operational planning by ensuring material availability.
• Monitor inventory KPIs and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience working with 3PL providers.
• Knowledge of ERP or Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: €32,000–€35,000 gross per year
