ServiceMax Janitorial, LLC. is hiring for a 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor to oversee office and warehouse cleaning operations in Farmers Branch, Texas. The role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and management.

The position offers an evening schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 10:30pm, with potential adjustments based on business needs. Pay rate is $18.00 hourly with weekly pay and access to benefits.

Formación

• Ability to manage effectively with good communication and people skills, positive and outgoing attitude, problem solver, fast-paced, capable of working with minimal supervision, must be over the age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilidades

• Make sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
• Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards.
• Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of client consumables inventory.
• Communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers.
• Resolve conflicts professionally and efficiently.
• Follow directions and take ownership of tasks.
• Additional duties as needed to get the job done well and on-time.
