ServiceMax Janitorial, LLC. in Farmers Branch, TX is seeking a 1st Shift Janitorial Supervisor for both office and warehouse environments. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a people-focused approach to manage daily cleaning operations.

Responsibilities include quality control, inventory tracking, and timely service delivery. Candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision and handle conflicts professionally.

Formación

• Must be over 21 with a valid Driver’s Licence/Driver's License
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (subject to business needs)

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all services are performed to established standards in a timely manner
• Quality control of services using scorecards
• Track and order client consumables inventory
• Communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers
• Resolve conflicts professionally and take direction well
• Additional duties as needed to complete tasks on time

Shift:

• Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (HRS MAY BE AJUSTED PER BUSINESS NEEDS)

Pay Rate: $17.00 Hourly. WEEKLY PAY

Requirements

• Ability to manage effectively with good communication and people skills with positive and outgoing attitude, problem solver, fast-paced, capable of working with minimal supervision, must be over the age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License

Duties

• Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner
• Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards
• Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of our client's consumables inventory
• Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers
• Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict
• CAN TAKE DIRECTION
• Additional duties, as needed, in order to get the job done well and on-time
