Job summary

25hours Hotel Paper Island in Copenhagen is seeking an enthusiastic breakfast host to start the day with warmth and flair. You will serve breakfast and assist in the restaurant, ensuring guests begin their stay with a smile.

You’ll prepare the area, clear away after service, and work independently even when the restaurant is busy. Experience in hotel, restaurant, or catering is valued; barista skills are a plus and waiter experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, restaurant or catering environment is preferred.
• Barista experience is a plus and waiter experience is required.
• You enjoy early mornings and can stay energized through busy service.

Responsibilities

• Serve breakfast and assist in the restaurant to ensure guests have a great start to their day.
• Prepare the area for service and clear away after shifts.
• Work independently and stay organized even when the restaurant is busy.

How does your working day look like …

Together with your colleagues, you’ll ensure that our guests enjoy the best possible start to their trip in our hotel. You’ll be serving the tastiest breakfast in town and lovely dinner in our restaurant. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our team.

• You’ll care about our guests – whether they’re early risers or enjoy a lie-in
• You’ll get everything ready for the shift, and take care to ensure that it’s all cleared away again afterwards
• You’ll work independently, even if there’s major uproar and things are getting hectic

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV …

• You like to be awake before everybody else, and even early in the morning you have everything under control
• You like to close the day energized and with a smile, even after a busy day
• You’ve already gained experience of working in a hotel, restaurant or other catering facility
• You want to learn something new, and you’re patient when everybody piles into the breakfast buffet at the same time
• Coffee/barista experience is a plus and waiter experience is a must
• You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
