Job summary

LEGO Koncernen seeks a Workplace Engagement Specialist to energize the Copenhagen Hub through communication, community-building, and partner collaboration. You will help prepare for the 2027 Hub relocation and drive initiatives that connect colleagues across the organization.

Reporting to the Hub Manager within Workplace Operations and Experience, you’ll lead projects, manage internal channels, and present to large groups, while fostering a flexible hybrid work rhythm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in communication, change management, or workplace experience in an international setting.
• Experience delivering workplace ops and coordinating with internal/ external partners.
• Experience managing internal comms channels, incl. SharePoint.
• Led projects from idea to implementation with proven stewardship.
• Excellent written and verbal English with engaging style.
• Confident presenting to large audiences at town halls, etc.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and IA-tools

Responsibilities

• Create workplace experiences that strengthen connection, communication, and community.
• Coordinate between workplace teams, facility partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop engaging channels and campaigns to inform and involve employees.
• Support community events with the Social Committee and Hub Spirit initiatives.
• Assist in change and relocation planning for the 2027 Hub transition.
