Job summary

Maersk Training in Esbjerg is seeking an electrician with teaching flair to deliver technical GWO courses and customer-specific training for the wind industry. The role combines hands-on training with safety and development, and onboarding is provided.

You will travel regularly to other Maersk Training locations and customer sites within Denmark and internationally, with opportunities to broaden into maritime or oil and gas training.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with HV wind industry experience.
• Ability to teach in Danish and English.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience in wind turbine pre-assembly, installation, service, commissioning or decommissioning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical GWO courses and customer-specific training.
• Prepare equipment, exercises and risk assessments to ensure safe training delivery.
• Take responsibility for the safety of participants and fellow instructors during courses.
• Maintain and improve training materials and methods in line with applicable standards and requirements.
• Contribute to the development of existing and new courses.
• Work with the team to deliver professional, well-organised training and a positive customer experience.
