Job summary

The role focuses on technical advisory and leadership for blade repair projects. You will assess damage, recommend repair solutions, and ensure technicians have clear instructions to perform repairs correctly.

Qualifications

• Deep specialist knowledge of wind turbine blades and structural behavior.
• Experience preparing work instructions and technical documentation.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to technicians, project managers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Technical assessment of blade damage and impact on structural integrity.
• Advise on repair methods, materials and technical solutions including composites, LEP and LPS.
• Prepare and maintain work instructions, repair procedures and standards.
• Provide on-site technical leadership for advanced repairs when needed.
• Contribute to tenders, cost estimates and development of repair kits and tools.
