Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a Project Manager in Regional Support Nordic to provide standardized site support for Nordic wind farms, based from Esbjerg. You will coordinate on-site delivery with central teams, focusing on safe, efficient offshore operations and service package execution.

The role requires engineering/technical background, PM experience, and strong Danish/English communication. On-site, full-time with a collaborative, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or technical education in wind, marine, electrical or mechanical fields.
• Experience in project management, documentation creation and stakeholder engagement.
• Preferred wind, power generation or O&M experience; strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional project activities for wind farm sites in the Nordic region.
• Manage on-site execution and integration of centrally driven projects.
• Deliver service packages including planning, spare parts and documentation.
• Interface management between site and central support functions.
• Oversee RAMS documentation and review contractor/site reports.
• Ensure training and competencies are understood before site arrival.
