Qualifications

• Master's degree (or PhD) in Engineering, CS, Applied Math, Energy Systems, Control Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with large-scale datasets (time series/SCADA) and data preprocessing, feature engineering, and performance evaluation.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and MATLAB, C/C++, including use of ML frameworks, data pipelines, and simulation environments.

Responsibilities

• Propose and conduct innovative ideas within wind farm control, and wind power simulation.
• Develop and perform feasibility studies and technical assessments of new technologies supporting control and performance improvements in wind and hybrid power plants.
• Develop and apply AI/ML solutions, including use of AI agents, to support analysis, optimization, and decision support use cases.
• Design, build, and test prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions through direct programming, simulation, and experimental development.
• Execute and coordinate activities within a specific project, including documentation.
