Job summary

MSL Engineering Ltd in Kalundborg, Denmark is seeking a Welding Inspector to verify welds, track data and ensure QA/QC compliance on site. The role requires CSWIP 3.1 or PCN Lvl II certification as a minimum and familiarity with Eida.

You will conduct site and Goods-In inspections, liaise with QA/QC reps, coordinate Third-Party NDT, and work with high purity and semiconductor contexts as advantageous.

Qualifications

• Visual welding inspection with CSWIP 3.1/PCN Lvl II as minimum
• Track weld data and file welding documentation including reports
• Conduct site and Goods-In inspections as required
• Coordinate Third-Party NDT where required
• Liaise with QA/QC reps
• Experience with Eida would be advantageous
• Semiconductor/High Purity experience would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Perform visual welding inspections and record results.
• Coordinate inspections on site and at Goods-In as needed.
• Ensure compliance with project QP/ITP requirements.
• Coordinate Third-Party NDT when required.
• Liaise with client QA/QC representatives.

Requirements

• Visual welding inspection, CSWIP 3.1/PCN Lvl II certification as a minimum
• Tracking weld data & filing welding documentation including report writing
• Conduct site and Goods-In inspections where required
• Walking lines to a P&ID
• Ensuring compliance with project approved QP/ITP's
• Coordination of Third-Party NDT where required
• Liaising with our clients QAQC Reps
• Using Eida
• Semi-Conductor experience would be a great advantage
• High Purity experience would be a great advantage
• Eida experience would be a great advantage
