Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

The warehouse logistics coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the operations and personnel of our busy warehouse in Horsens. This full-time position requires previous experience in warehouse management, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively, and have a strong understanding of logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods


• Ensure accurate inventory levels and timely fulfillment of orders


• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of goods


• Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed


• Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations


• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments


• Communicate with suppliers regarding orders and delivery schedules


• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost savings

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics role
