Job summary

Randstad A/S in Denmark is seeking a Production and Warehouse Assistant to operate a reach truck and manage activities at a conveyor belt, ensuring a smooth workflow in a dynamic environment.

You will perform picking/packing, loading/unloading, and various ad hoc tasks while maintaining safety and quality. Start in daytime with training; in weeks 45-46 training runs 07:00–15:00, then weeks 47+ shift to 14:00–22:00.

Qualifications

• Experience with reach trucks is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable and efficient at a conveyor belt.
• Proactive and safety-conscious in a warehouse/production setting.
• Able to work independently when needed and take initiative.

Your working tasks

• Operating a reach truck for various tasks within the warehouse.
• Working at a conveyor belt, performing tasks such as assembly, quality control, sorting, and packaging of products.
• Picking and packing orders efficiently and accurately.
• Safely managing the loading and unloading of products, ensuring compliance with distribution standards.
• Performing various ad hoc tasks as needed to support both production and warehouse operations.

About you

We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, and a true team player. Ideally, you:

• Have experience driving a reach truck - however, it is not an ultimate requirement.
• Are comfortable and efficient working at a conveyor belt.
• Take the initiative to contribute and ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Thrive on taking responsibility for your own tasks and working independently when necessary.
• Are detail-oriented and have a strong focus on quality.

Start-up and employment

We offer a full-time position with a start-up as soon as possible. You will be offered a temporary position with the possibility of a permanent contract.

Please note that the working hours will start in the daytime due to training. In weeks 45-46, training will be from 07:00 - 15:00. From week 47, it will change to being in the evening from 14:00 - 22:00.

Salary will is 156,50 DKK pr. hour, with additional fees according to the local agreement and evening fee.
