Job summary

Nextt & Mason in Denmark seeks an experienced interim VP Delivery to own operational responsibility for PMO and the delivery of customer solutions. The aim is to build a scalable delivery model and drive revenue in the current year.

The successful candidate will enable existing leaders to concentrate on the transformation program and the software platform build-out, reporting to the COO and directing the PMO in a matrix with Tech, Design, and Compliance leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated sectors is highly valued.
• Healthtech/pharma/life science background is a plus.
• Proven track record delivering customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PMO and delivery of customer solutions.
• Develop and optimize the delivery model to maximize revenue this year.
• Collaborate with Tech, Design, and Compliance leadership.
• Report to the COO and manage the PMO Director.
