Job summary

Saxo Bank is expanding its VIP Onboarding & Ongoing Due Diligence Team at our Copenhagen headquarters. As a KYC Analyst, you will deliver best-in-class onboarding experiences, conduct enhanced due diligence, and mitigate risks for VIP clients while ensuring a great client experience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the financial crime prevention and commercial teams to maintain robust controls and a smooth onboarding journey with minimal friction for VIP clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with KYC and AML in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards related to onboarding and due diligence.
• Fluency in a Nordic language; strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming client applications in accordance with KYC procedures and risk standards.
• Perform end-to-end onboarding and ongoing due diligence for VIP clients.
• Build and share knowledge on VIP onboarding, EDD, and ODD processes.
• Meet SLAs for case processing and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system automation.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
