TotalEnergies EP Danmark in Esbjerg seeks a logistics data analyst to boost performance through data analysis, KPI management, dashboard development, and SAP/Power BI tooling.

You will join the Logistics & Support to Operations team, reporting to the Head of Methods, and work on digitalization projects supporting offshore operations with accommodation provided by the affiliate.

Formación

• Master’s degree or engineering degree in logistics, supply chain, or industrial engineering.
• Experience in data analytics and KPI management.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and SAP preferred, programming skills are a plus.
• English at C1 level and French at B2 level are required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the team’s daily activities.
• Analyze logistics data and performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards.
• Participate in reporting automation and data quality improvement.
• Conduct cost and operational efficiency analyses.
• Map and optimize supply chain processes.
• Participate in the improvement of digital tools and SAP solutions.
• Contribute to digitalization projects under SharePoint.
• Support deployment of new logistics and analytical tools.
• Update procedures, operating instructions, and business documentation.

Join TotalEnergies EP Danmark, a key player in energy production in the North Sea.

Within the Logistics & Support to Operations (LSO) team based in Esbjerg and reporting to the Head of Methods, you will contribute to improving the subsidiary’s logistics performance through data analysis, process optimization, development of digital tools, and implementation of continuous improvement projects supporting offshore operations.

Accommodation will be provided by the affiliate.

Activities

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to monitoring the team’s daily activities.
• Analyze logistics data and performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards.
• Participate in reporting automation and data quality improvement.
• Conduct cost and operational efficiency analyses.
• Map and optimize supply chain processes.
• Participate in the improvement of digital tools and SAP solutions.
• Contribute to the development of digitalization projects under SharePoint.
• Support the deployment of new logistics and analytical tools.
• Update procedures, operating instructions, and business documentation.

Candidate Profile

You hold at least a Master’s degree or an Engineering degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering.

You have initial academic or professional experience in data analytics and performance indicator (KPI) management.

Experience in the oil and gas industry would be an advantage.

You have advanced proficiency in Excel.

You have a good knowledge of Power BI and knowledge of or interest in SAP.

Programming skills would be an asset.

A minimum C1 level of English is required. A minimum B2 level of French is also required.
