Job summary

Celsus Engineering AB is seeking a Software Tester to join the VCT EE I/T team, focusing on Complete Vehicle Integration Test SIL/HIL testing. You will perform comprehensive vehicle integration testing and validate electrical systems from an integration perspective.

The role covers the full testing lifecycle and aims to improve test methods and environments to ensure high quality and safety of embedded electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Must have engineering background in Mechanical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• ISTQB certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete vehicle tests and verify electrical systems from a SW integration perspective.
• Execute integration tests for new and existing functionality.
• Participate in the full test cycle: test planning, test leadership, test execution, fault analysis.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of test methods and environments for current and future functionality.
• Verify functionality and quality through SIL/HIL testing activities.
• Support efforts to ensure Scania's embedded electrical systems are safe and of high quality for customers.
