Job summary

Ex-Mil Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced UAS Remote Pilot based in Odense, Denmark, with readiness for frequent international deployments across UK, Europe, Portugal and the US.

The role supports the RPIC and operations teams to ensure safe, compliant unmanned flights and rigorous record-keeping. Ideal candidates have military aviation or UAS backgrounds, strong knowledge of aviation principles, and relevant licences.

Qualifications

• This role prefers military aviation background or UAS operations.
• Experience with aviation safety and risk management is advantageous.
• Ability to travel internationally on deployments.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the RPIC in delivering safe and compliant UAS operations
• Monitoring live flight operations
• Assisting with flight planning and mission preparation
• Conducting and supporting pre-flight inspections
• Supporting post-flight debriefings
• Maintaining accurate flight, incident and safety records
• Ensuring operations comply with relevant aviation regulations
• Monitoring and enforcing operational safety procedures
• Providing guidance during system failures or hazards
• Training and mentoring UAS operators
• Supporting risk mitigation and best practice
• Maintaining flying currency on allocated UAS platforms
• Providing operational feedback to engineering and development teams
