Job Overview

As a truck driver your main responsibility will be to safely transport goods and materials to various locations within and outside of Roskilde. You will be required to have at least 12 years of education and previous experience in driving trucks. A valid drivers license is a must along with a clean driving record. You must also possess excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

In addition to driving skills you should also have good communication skills as you will be interacting with clients and colleagues on a regular basis. You must be physically fit as the job requires loading and unloading of heavy cargo. Time management skills are crucial in this role as you will need to adhere to strict delivery schedules.

As a truck driver you should be able to handle unexpected situations such as traffic delays or mechanical failures calmly and efficiently. You must also be able to follow instructions accurately and work independently when required. Attention to detail is key in this role as you will need to keep track of deliveries, maintain accurate records, and report any issues or concerns promptly.
