Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Transport Performance Management Specialist (Manager) for Northern and Central Europe. The role focuses on performance management, data-driven improvement initiatives, and translating transport insights into actions across the region.

You will work with senior leaders to drive structured improvement projects and align regional needs with global transport processes, in a collaborative service supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related analytical field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business development, supply chain analytics, performance management, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong analytical toolbox and a structured, fact-based approach to solving business problems.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities, build clear business cases, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and translating complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• Experience in performance management, project management, and working with data to support decision-making.
• General understanding of transport, logistics, or supply chain flows is an advantage.
