Job summary

PrimeEstate is seeking an experienced Tiler Supervisor to oversee tiling projects in Greenland. You will manage a team of tilers, coordinate with clients, order materials, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Immediate start for a contract role with potential extension.

The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory experience in tiling, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to drive project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tiler Supervisor or similar role in construction.
• Knowledge of tiling techniques, materials and tools.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specs.
• Physical stamina for manual labor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage tilers including scheduling workloads, providing training and monitoring performance.
• Ensure that tiling projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Order materials and equipment needed for each project.
• Inspect completed projects to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot issues during the tiling process.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols.
• Keep track of project progress and provide regular updates to management.

We are in need of an experienced and skilled Tiler Supervisor to join our team in Greenland As a Tiler Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing all tiling projects and ensuring that they are completed efficiently and to the highest standard You will also be responsible for managing a team of tilers and providing guidance and support when needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tiler Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry

• Ability to read blueprints drawings and specifications
• Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks as needed

Salary We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position
