Job summary

Agilent Technologies Denmark ApS in Glostrup is seeking a Technical Trainer to join the Academy team. You will deliver technical training on pathology products, run demonstrations for internal employees, and collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance content and delivery.

You will support Academy events, provide application assistance to Sales and Marketing, and help maintain a high-quality lab environment for demonstrations and training activities.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a pathology, histology, diagnostic, or laboratory environment.
• Understanding of pathology workflows, staining techniques, and laboratory processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with attention to detail and quality.
• Proficiency with standard IT applications and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training sessions on selected pathology products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations for internal staff and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve training content and delivery methods.
• Support planning and execution of Academy events and workshops.
• Provide application support to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
