Job summary

Agilent seeks a Technical Trainer to join the Academy in Glostrup, Denmark. You will blend technical expertise with training, customer engagement, and laboratory management to ensure high-quality learning experiences for internal stakeholders.

The role spans training sessions, product demonstrations, and ongoing content improvement, while supporting Academy events and demonstrations for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in pathology, histology, or diagnostic lab environments.
• Understanding of pathology workflows and staining techniques.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical training sessions on pathology products.
• Conduct product demonstrations for internal Agilent employees and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve training content.
• Support the planning and execution of Academy events and workshops.
• Ensure the Academy laboratory remains compliant and ready for demonstrations.
