Job description

The Project Managerwill play a central role in organizing and structuring the company’s softwaredevelopment activities. The role is responsible for ensuring that developmentinitiatives, releases, and customer-related integrations are planned,prioritized, and delivered efficiently.

Working closely withdevelopers, QA, and leadership, the Project Manager will facilitate sprintplanning, manage the development backlog, and ensure transparency intimelines, deliverables, and priorities.

The role is bothoperational and strategic. The Project Manager will be responsible forimproving development processes, establishing stronger planning discipline,and ensuring that releases are delivered in a structured and reliable way.

The position offerssignificant influence in shaping how the development organization works andhow projects are structured, as the company currently operates with arelatively flexible structure and is looking to strengthen its developmentplanning and coordination.

System and tools

• Jira – backlog management, sprint planning, and task tracking
• Agile frameworks – Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies
