Job summary
Welltec is seeking a Technical Manager in its Well Completions Services segment. Based in Esbjerg, Denmark, you will deliver technical advice to clients and internal teams, ensuring high-quality completion services and tools across a global base.
You will lead with a strong mix of troubleshooting, planning and design expertise, collaborating with commercial squads, and traveling as needed to support operations worldwide.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooter and a systematic planner ensuring high quality and correctness
- Excellent technical knowledge within Well Completions Services and tools with strong analytical capabilities
- Robust stakeholder management skills with diverse client requirements
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Curious to learn about tools and services and to teach others
- Training/experience with Well Completions Design, Tools, Torque & Drag, Barriers
Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice and guidance to staff and clients during discussions, job-planning, ongoing jobs and post-jobs
- Conduct follow-up meetings with clients after investigations and incidents
- Be the technical expert in sales processes with commercial teams
- Review, monitor, and safety- & quality-assure job plans and documents across bases
- Teach staff about tools, services and Well Completions technicalities
- Analyse, review and approve non-regular jobs
- Troubleshoot and analyse jobs and potential failures
