We seek a Technical Delivery Manager who balances hands-on product guidance with inspirational leadership, translating client needs into scalable solutions while upholding standardized product approaches across multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a product specialist, technical project management, or product enablement role.
• Defined and upheld a standardized product approach across multiple clients, with ability to decline out-of-scope requests.
• People management experience, including setting team strategy, running 1-1s, and conducting performance reviews.
• Experience owning incident escalation and managing competing priorities under pressure.
• Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills.
• Adaptability to excel in a distributed, multicultural team setting.

Responsibilities

• Balance technical product enablement with team leadership, acting as the authority on product configuration and setup.
• Translate client needs into scalable, maintainable solutions while enforcing product standards.
• Set strategy and direction for the team, manage day-to-day operations, and own escalation for incidents.
• Conduct 1-1s and performance reviews to foster team growth and alignment.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists, Product Owners, Developers, and client-facing colleagues to enable clients.
