Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a Technology Product Manager to lead the Clinical Product Team and shape product strategy across Northern Europe. You will partner with Heads of Product Management and Architects to set direction, while guiding Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and developers to deliver technology solutions that create business value.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation.
• Deep understanding of agile product development, delivery, and leadership.
• Experience developing people, building high-performing teams, and driving business value through technology investments.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align product strategy, customer needs, and business objectives.
