Specsavers is seeking a Technology Product Manager to lead our Clinical Product Team and shape the product strategy across Northern Europe. You will enable high‑performing teams and drive the delivery of technology solutions that deliver real business value.

As a people and product leader, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects and stakeholders to align vision with priorities, remove barriers, and foster an agile culture across countries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Management and leading technology product teams in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation.
• Deep understanding of agile product development and leadership.
• Experience developing people and driving business value through technology investments.
• Commercial awareness with ability to align product strategy with customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support product teams to deliver valuable business outcomes.
• Drive alignment between product vision, delivery plans, and business objectives.
• Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to enable successful product delivery.
